A legacy transformed into a global cultural initiative.

PIGMENTA THE GROUP® was conceived in Europe, developed in Latin America, and ultimately established in the United States. Its journey mirrors that of our founder:  shaped by curiosity, passion, movement, resilience, and a deep, inherited relationship with contemporary art, architecture and fashion.

Our founder’s original inspiration came from her mother: an artist, a talented Montessori educator, a fashion passionate, and a woman of extraordinary resilience and determination. From the earliest years of her childhood, our founder accompanied her mother into the world of exhibitions, color, architecture and fashion. Her curiosity and dedication to both was not something encountered later. It was inherited.

She is, above all, a woman with a beautiful, positive outlook on life: one who approaches every aspect of it, and every person in it, with genuine sincerity and a caring, generous disposition. Art remains the outlet through which she directs her creative energy toward something she believes in: making a positive impact on the world around her.

What she instilled above all was this: never be one more voice in the crowd. Set the precedent. Make the difference. Whether as an artist, a linguist, an advisor, or anything else, the goal was never to comply quietly with what already existed, but to do it differently, and to do it in a way that showed others they, too, could express who they truly are without apology.

This is not a philosophy of struggle. It is a philosophy of ambition: the belief that distinguishing yourself, being seen, being heard, and building real, lasting value are not compromises of artistic integrity, but the truest expression of it.

 

We believe art is not decoration or entertainment. It is a necessity: one of the rare forces still capable of transforming how people see the world, and how they see themselves within it.

 

PIGMENTA THE GROUP® was born not only from passion, inspiration and curiosity, but from witnessing the depths of its reach : for collectors, for artists, and for anyone told, in ways large or small, that their way of seeing doesn’t count.

That is why PIGMENTA THE GROUP® exists: to bridge worlds, to protect the artworks that carry meaning across generations, and to help the experience of art itself become more alive, more understood, and more deeply felt.

At its core, PIGMENTA THE GROUP® is a continuation of a legacy, transformed into a global, contemporary art initiative.

Fashion & Creative Direction

Alongside her work in preventive conservation, our founder brings over a decade of experience conceptualizing and producing fashion for artists working outside the purely commercial sphere: developing ideas from concept through to realized production, behind the scenes.

This trajectory continues through an upcoming collaboration with ISAGUS, the Geneva-based conceptual artist and eco-fashion designer known for her works including the iconic Chernobyl Bride Project.
